What does a first session with you look like?
Are you dealing with the long term effects of a trauma in your day to day life? Are you feeling unfulfilled your relationship, job or life in general? Do you just have a sense that life could be better and happier if you just did something different? I'm here to help you move through those struggles and towards a more fulfilling life. I find myself drawn to helping clients heal from trauma, anxiety related struggles and relationship or attachment issues. I take a more holistic and direct approach in helping you with the problems you are facing because if you knew how to fix it yourself, you probably wouldn't be here right now.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
In our work together, I use different techniques to best fit your individual needs. I specialize in using a combination talk therapy, hypnotherapy and rapid eye movement therapy to help processing through your struggles. I don't believe a "one size or theory fits all" approach.
