What does a first session with you look like?
I believe that therapy is a collaborative approach and will work alongside you to brainstorm new strategies to support your overall health and wellbeing. I am committed to helping others without judgment grow through their struggles, heal from their pain, and move forward to where they want to be in life through a person-centered, cognitive behavioral approach. I am dedicated to providing a safe place to promote courage, acceptance, grace and empowerment.
