What is your style/approach to therapy?
My therapeutic modalities of choice include but certainly not limited to person centered, individual psychology, motivational interviewing, narrative, cognitive processing and cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused, psychodynamic and ecosystemic structural family therapy I am a proponent of adverse childhood experience scale, Becks Depression and Anxiety Inventory, PHQSADS, PCL-C, SASSI, SSI AOD, and mood disorder scale to name a few.
