What is your style/approach to therapy?

I use psychopharmacology (medications that help with anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar, schizophrenia) and Psychotherapy (Integrative or holistic therapy). Note: I do not prescribe stimulants.

What does a first session with you look like?
