What does a first session with you look like?
Clients can be expecting to work with a therapist that is dedicated to their growth and healing journey. Throughout the establishment in the beginning, I will work with clients to put foundational pieces in place and begin connecting the dots between daily functioning and symptoms experienced. After working together for a while, clients should expect to have an arsenal of tools and coping mechanisms to utilize for symptom management as well as recognition of growth in themselves. Clients should be leaving sessions with something tangible to take with them!

I utilize a strengths-based approach and pull from several different evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to: CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, person-centered, art therapies, Narrative therapy, Solution-focused
