What does a first session with you look like?
I will provide guided counseling, a listening ear, education and resources that align with your unique needs. With my clients, I work with them to learn and incorporate tools for regulating their nervous system, gaining awareness to how their past impacts their present, and adapting their mindset to achieve goals. We work together to visualize how they want to feel and be in the world, and explore what changes can be applied to their lives.
