I help my clients get the results they are looking for. Whether that’s a listening ear, support and understanding, learning strategies to manage life challenges, and/or creating an action plan to reach specific goals, I’m here to help you explore better ways in which to live your life. My goal and hope is that you are able to take away a skill or newfound insight by the end of each session to implement moving forward.

I use a holistic and integrative approach to working with my clients. This means I want to get to know you as a whole: psychology, physical health, sleep, nutrition, social relationships, family history, strengths, hardships; and treat you as a whole. Based upon your needs and evaluating what works best for you, I use a combination of evidenced-based therapies and techniques to help you get to the place you want to be. I will also provide resources, as needed, for additional forms of support which can include breathing exercises, meditation apps, books, and/or support groups as well as recommendations for a medical provider.
