After the first session, clients can expect to take away a sense of understanding. It is important for them to feel at ease and heard.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I’ve learned over the years that one size fits all does not apply when it comes to providing therapy. Therefore, it is difficult for me to say that I exclusively use one treatment method. I am fond of solution focused therapy techniques if the situation is warranted.
