My clients can expect to feel inner peace and gain coping skills and techniques during their difficult time.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use a blend of cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, reality-based therapy and psychoeducation. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and counseling to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I work eclectically to suit the needs of my clients.
