What does a first session with you look like?

I use a warm, person-centered, and judgement-free approach, which means that I see YOU first, not your problems. My ultimate goal is to provide you with the platform and confidence to find your voice, so that you have the autonomy and courage to be exactly the person you want to be.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I use an eclectic approach, namely using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and feminist-based therapy. Essentially I want to help you walk through why you think the way that you do, and if these thoughts are helpful to your goals in life.
