What does a first session with you look like?

The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I offer a variety of counseling approaches including Anxiety, Coping Skills, Depression, General/Undisclosed, Life Transition, Mental Stress, Relationships, Self Esteem, Stress, Trauma / PTSD and Women’s Issues.

What are your biggest strengths as a therapist?

Living out of the country, my exposure to various cultures and having a blended family, has helped broaden my ability to appreciate the differences in people.
