My style is both validating and gently challenging. I approach counseling with a creative lens that is person-centered, non-judgmental, and focused on doing what works.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I primarily utilize evidence-based techniques from cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapies. I also have training in utilizing expressive arts techniques, and believe they are a powerful tool for healing and growth.
