What does a first session with you look like?
For anyone seeking help with mood/anxiety disorders, interpersonal issues, loss of identity, depression, and eating disorders—look no further. If you need someone to walk alongside you to help facilitate change in your life because you want to start living again, then you’ve come to the right place. My desire is to instill within each of my clients the joy for living that was lost along the way and to move towards living a meaningful and productive life—one they will be proud to call their own.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
The modalities I use to treat depression, anxiety, eating disorders, grief & loss, interpersonal matters and more consist of: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Effectiveness, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy.
