As a Mental health professional, I will utilize a variety of screening tools to assess ones mental health and wellbeing. Purposes for these tools include: screening for the presence or absence of common mental health conditions; making a formal diagnosis of a mental health condition; assessment of changes in symptom severity; and monitoring client outcomes across the course of therapy. Tools often used include general Intake forms, GAD7 anxiety scale, PHQ9 depression scale, and others depending upon reported symptoms.
I specialize in treating adult patients experiencing Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, and PTSD. I utilize evidence based practices to provide optimal patient centered care. I understands that the patient provider relationship is paramount to success and that in order to provide the best possible care there needs to be a strong rapport.
