What does a first session with you look like?
Seeking therapy is a big step, as my client, I can assure that everything that is discussed is completely confidential. My goal is to help guide you on your journey to becoming Mentally Healthy!.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
The treatment methods that I utilize is cognitive behavioral therapy, however over my years of experience I have discovered that every client is different. I like to meet the client where they are and use that methods and tools that are best suited for them.
