What does a first session with you look like?
Clients can expect to gain a deeper understanding of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, as well as develop skills and strategies to cope with life's challenges. Through counseling, clients will learn to identify negative patterns and thought processes, and develop positive habits that foster resilience and emotional well-being. Additionally, clients can expect to build stronger relationships and improve communication skills. My approach is client-centered, empathetic, and non-judgmental, providing a safe and supportive environment for growth and change.
