What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?

Shawnee Rygiel is a Licensed Mental Health Clinician and has been practicing since 2014. She graduated from Argosy University with a MA in "¨Mental Health Counseling. Shawnee believes in helping others become healthier versions of themselves and focusing on effective ways of coping and overcoming challenges/adversities. Shawnee focuses on empowering others based off their needs and history. Her main areas of focus includes Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Mood Disorders and PTSD. In her spare time, Shawnee enjoys reading, spending time at the beach, watching baseball and spending time outside.
