What is your style/approach to therapy?
My theoretical approach is integrated and tailored to meet each client's needs. It combines a mixture of cognitive behavioral, person-centered, solution-focused, and gestalt therapies (just to name a few treatment modalities).
What does a first session with you look like?
I enjoy getting to know my clients on a deeper level and meeting them where they are. I value authenticity and believe that the therapeutic relationship can be the catalyst for meaningful transformation. The ideal client for me is one who is ready to improve overall wellbeing and quality of life by working to overcome life's obstacles. I work with people to help them overcome life's obstacles and believe that a renewed mind is the key to transformational living. Transformational living requires change and change is not easy, even if it is sometimes necessary. Being equipped for change helps to make the transition smoother. In order to have the best life possible, I will support you in discovering and living to your greatest potential.
