I strive to create a safe environment where feelings and thoughts can be shared without judgement and a trusting relationship can be established. After hearing the issues bringing you to Grow Therapy, together we define your goals and how you would successfully achieve them. I use a mixture of methods and tools such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Transactional Analysis. My preference is to use concrete tools, language and techniques that are easy to remember and implement.

I am a solution focused therapist, as when I have a problem I want positive change as soon as possible. I bring that attitude and approach to my work while being sensitive and thoughtful about your individual needs. After each session with me, my clients should have gained new knowledge about themselves and the issues that brought them into counseling. Typically I will assign clients homework to reinforce what was discussed during the session and to increase their positive change until we meet again.
