What does a first session with you look like?
Through guided discovery with unconditional positive regard, you will walk away from our sessions with greater clarity, purpose, and peace. I also ensure you leave with tools to use outside of our sessions to help you continue to grow, as well as to manage whatever life throws at you.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
While I draw from a variety of approaches, my main treatment methods are cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness/meditation techniques from an existential-humanistic perspective. I often do trainings for both professional and personal growth, and specialize in a variety of meditation techniques.
