What does a first session with you look like?
After the first session, you can expect to have follow-up monthly appointments to ensure the medications are working effectively.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I like to use cognitive behavioral therapy along with encouraging my patients to increase their physical activity, consume a healthy diet and possible medication if needed to improve their issues such as Anxiety, Depression, etc.
