What does a first session with you look like?
I hope to be able to help you choose what areas in life you would like to work on. Hopefully, you will walk away knowing that you have the tools you need to cope with lifes daily challenges. I hope that you will walk away from counseling understanding yourself better and knowing how to make changes in your life that you need to change. Counseling can help with many things including; depression, anxiety, anger issues, family issues, communication problems, grief, life transitions, and so much more.
