I am a naturally curious, authentic, and adaptable person. I value authenticity and showing up as a human first rather than an "expert." You should expect my style to be warm, non-judgmental, and accepting. I am here to provide a safe space that will facilitate vulnerability and growth. During our first session, you can expect me to ask a lot of questions. I want to get to know you and where you find yourself at this time in your life.
