What does a first session with you look like?
During sessions, each person will have the space to express and process their emotions, and developed specific goals to be achieved in an environment free from judgement, with acceptance, and respect. The final goal is always to enrich, empower, stabilize, and improve mental health.

My main work is focused on offering psychotherapy, counseling, and psychological consultation by implementing evidence-based services such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy strategies.
