What does a first session with you look like?
Clients can expect to walk away from sessions with the confidence that they are on the right path to healing. It is my hope that clients will recognize that together we will navigate through any situations and find healthy solutions.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
While there are various approaches to therapy, I firmly believe it is not a one size fits all approach. Each individiual is unique in their own way. It is my goal to work in synergy as you modify or create your journey. I utilize a combination of treatment paths that include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, Person-Centered and mindfullness techniques. These approaches I believe are beneficial with empowering individuals to reach their goals.
