What does a first session with you look like?
As a therapist, I want my clients to leave our time together feeling lighter and brighter. My goal is for them to walk away with the tools they need to move forward in their lives. I like to think that when I work with people, they have an experience that allows them to be who they are and feel accepted for it, no matter what that looks like. They'll also be left with a game plan that we come up with together.
