What does a first session with you look like?
My role is to help you explore healthy coping mechanisms and learn to understand your individual needs. We will collaborate in identify your triggers, and determining what modality would work the best for you as an individual.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize EMDR, DBT, T-CBT, mindfulness, play therapy, empowerment, psychoeducation, and exploration of relationship emotions, as well as solution focused therapy.
