What does a first session with you look like?

The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I offer a variety of counseling approaches including ADHD, Addiction, Anger, Anxiety, Behavioral Issues, Coping Skills, Depression, Grief / Loss, Life Transition, Postpartum / Pregnancy, Relationships, Self Esteem, Sexual Abuse, Sleep / Insomnia, Stress and Trauma / PTSD.

What are your biggest strengths as a therapist?

Navigating this world can be difficult. Our past pain and trauma can further complicate this journey. I enjoy helping children, adolescents, parents, and adults heal, grow, and learn so they can thrive, not just survive. Humans tend to do what they know until they know more...come learn what more is!
