What does a first session with you look like?

The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I offer a variety of counseling approaches including Addiction, Anger, Anxiety, Behavioral Issues, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality, Career, Coping Skills, Depression, Divorce / Breakup, Domestic Abuse, Grief / Loss, Infidelity, Life Transition, Postpartum / Pregnancy, Self Esteem, Sexual Abuse, Trauma / PTSD and Women’s Issues.

What are your biggest strengths as a therapist?

As a wife, mom of two, daughter, sister, and friend, I understand how life's circumstances can cause us to stop thriving and sometimes just want to survive—and I am committed to helping others through these difficult times.
