You can expect a space created for you to explore how past experiences continue to have an impact on your present life. I offer a warm and supportive atmosphere where you can be authentically yourself while working through your life challenges. You will be empowered and be able to develop awareness of the areas you desire to be different. I will help you find clarity and confidence to identify your next steps for change
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My treatment methods are evidenced based. I use short-term solution-focused approach. I am trained in CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I use an attachment style framework to examine patterns and behaviors.
