What does a first session with you look like?

I love mixing therapy and conversation to get to the root of your struggles. I will respect your beliefs, values, and identities and create a safe space for you. I will work with you to help you understand yourself better and reach your goals. I believe in advocating, empowering, and helping my clients to build up their strengths and build good relationships with themselves.
