What is your style/approach to therapy?

I approach therapy with an eclectic style and like to use different techniques from different modalities. The most common modalities that I draw from are cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and humanistic approaches.

What does a first session with you look like?

I will work at your pace to create a comfortable environment for you. We can take as much or little time as you need to build a trusting relationship. My goal is for you to feel safe enough to express any thought, feeling, or problem you may be experiencing. We will then work together to find the best way for you to tackle these issues.
