What does a first session with you look like?

During the first couple of sessions, we will work on developing rapport, allowing me to learn a little bit about your concerns, issues and goals. Together, we will formulate a plan to identify ongoing issues, process thoughts and feelings and decrease symptoms.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I mainly use CBT and utilize media, worksheets, and other tools to help develop coping tools and process thoughts and feelings.
