I offer psychopharmacology evaluations and on-going medication management. A first appointment is the intake evaluation appointment in which I gather information for a thorough bio-psycho-social assessment, listening to the current needs with which you would like to first address with psychopharmacology support. I am holistically minded and that I value psychopharm can be supportive of mental health while they are tools of many tools in a mental wellness toolbox. I do not offer therapy beyond supportive psychotherapy in med appts. I am collaborative with clients' therapists. A first session may be an hour to ninety minutes for adults, an hour to two hours for teens to young adults, divided over two sessions. On-going follow-up appointments are 30 minutes in length.

I obtain a bio-psycho-social history to understand each client in a holistic manner. I assess for symptomology per the DSM5 criteria. I may also utilize numerous assessment scales in periodic appointments to give more objective data that reflects symptom burden and improvement. I am also able to offer GeneSight testing. GeneSight bills clients' insurance direct for the lab testing.
