What is your style/approach to therapy?

I like to start off with a base of Mindfulness. After this, I like to build on the Mindfulness skill set with either CBT, ACT, or DBT, depending on which would be more appropriate

What does a first session with you look like?

Hope… I prefer to have the client guide session so that they are sure to have all their concerns voiced. Then we can talk about interventions available and maybe even try a couple, if time allows.
