What does a first session with you look like?
During your first session we will review your mental health and medical history. You will share your symptoms and concerns. We will review treatment options such as medication management, psychotherapy, diet, and lifestyle options to help cater a customized treatment plan you are comfortable with to get you on your way to feeling better.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I offer prescription medicaiton management, genetic testing to match you with the best medications, neurotransmitter testing, mental health supplement support, psychotherapy modalties and much more!
