What does a first session with you look like?
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you heal, grow, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I believe therapy is not a one size fits all solution so I pride myself on working with multiple modalities to best serve my clients. Attachment-Based Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Child Parent Psychotherapy just to name a few. I also believe in being a life-long student and am always learning new ways that I can help my clients and adding tools to my tool box.
