What does a first session with you look like?
Building comfort and trust is as important as establishing personal goals in the first sessions. I love to teach different techniques and build on strengths that my clients possess. As we move forward, we collaborate to take steps toward the overall goals through talk therapy, practicing skills in sessions, and real world practice of skills.

Therapy is most effective when we build a strong trust and use techniques that suit you. I am experienced with different approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and many more.
