What does a first session with you look like?
You can expect the focus each session will be directly what you want and need to work on. The goal of each session is to help you get closer to your goals.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and I'm a Health Coach. What this means is we can process deep core beliefs, when not forgetting about day-to-day issues that effect your mental health. I also specialize in addiction and can help you in your own recovery or we can work on issues if you have a loved one with addiction.
