What does a first session with you look like?
You will leave my session feeling a sense of relief. Most of my clients state that they leave feeling more empowered and having more strength and motivation. Since I like the person-centered and personal approach you will know that the sessions are tailor-made just for you.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
1I like to use an integrative approach to therapy, however, I often use cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing as common techniques in my sessions.
