What does a first session with you look like?
With a passion for whole wellness, I strive to provide clients with tools and strategies and skills that can be utilized to empower them intellectually, socially and emotionally. Believing that strong trusting relationships are critical, I use a warm and non-judgmentsl approach to gain a better understanding of you personally. Through open communication and curiosity I hope to foster an awareness of self that promotes adaptive change and supports you in creating the healthy and meaningful life you desire.

My goal for you is to have a number of tools and techniques that you can carry with you at all times. So no matter where you go, you'll always have access to discreet exercises that can quickly create relief. I am direct and solution focused.
