What does a first session with you look like?
After our first session we will explore what is most important to you from your therapy. We will set goals together to help you reach your desired outcomes.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
There are so many amazing tools out there for providers to offer their clients. I am a cognitively trained behavioral therapist and like to offer treatments which offer proven results. Some of my training and certificates include: CBT-I, CBT-N, CBT, MI, IBCT, IPT, CPT, ACT. I know lots of initials however these are the treatment approaches I know are most effective for clients needing services.
