What does a first session with you look like?

Some of the tools that you may enhance while on this journey are: Mindfulness, Patience, Emotional Intelligence, Critical Thinking, and Impulse Control to name a few. Our thoughts influence our feelings, which In turn influences our behaviors. Making that connection is imperative, as it allows you to respond, rather than react.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

My Evidenced Based Practices and modalities of choice are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to enhance constructive coping skills. These modalities treat an array of presenting symptoms and issues such as: ADHD Anxiety Coping Skills Depression Grief Self Esteem Stress Trauma
