What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am passionate about the intersection between mental health and sexual health. As a therapist, I can support you in your journey through sexuality, intimacy, and navigating new roles in your life. The therapist-client relationship has the power to create a space to help you gain clarity and awareness of your emotional experiences, especially with regard to shifting roles. Outside of mental health work, I am a full-spectrum doula/pregnancy support person, supporting people through the range of pregnancy outcomes: abortion, miscarriage, pregnancy, birth, and the transition to parenting.
