What does a first session with you look like?
During our first session, we will begin developing our therapeutic relationship and building trust. We will discuss your medical and psychiatric histories and begin developing a treatment plan tailored to your needs. Treatment plans may include medications, therapy, and education. Your response to treatment will be assessed at every visit and changes made to your treatment plan as needed.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
The treatment methods I utilize include medications, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and psychoeducation.
