What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psychoanalytic, and Mindfulness Therapeutic approaches and interventions.
What does a first session with you look like?
Clients can expect to feel safe, heard and not judged. Throughout the therapeutic process clients can expect to gain some insight and awareness into their life which is necessary for healing to occur.
