What does a first session with you look like?
The pressures of life can run deep, my goal is to hold space for you without judgment, instill hope and work together in partnership on your journey to wholeness and healing. I offer counseling from a Christian and non-religious perspective depending on the need and desire of the individual.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I believe that every client who makes the call, schedules the appointment and shows up is motivated. I also believe that each person possesses the strengths within to live the life they desire. My role is to help draw them out. I approach every client with care in a trauma-informed manner according to their specific needs. While I work from several different modalities to help clients reach their goals, nothing can happen outside of genuine connection. This is most important in my work.
