What does a first session with you look like?
The initial psychiatric evaluation will take approximately 1 hour. A follow up medication management appointment will be scheduled at the end of the initial appointment. A 1 hour initial individual psychotherapy appointment can additionally be scheduled. The approach for care is created via collaboration of patient-centered care and individual preferences. Recommendations are provided with the purpose of reaching both physical and mental wellness.
