What does a first session with you look like?
I want each client to uncover their potential and the passions that make them unique and strong. That they will find their peace and see themselves in a new and fresh way. That they will have the tools they need to face the challenges of the day and feel they can manage them.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My theory of choice is CBT. I bring various other ideas from Gottman and others to facilitate what I feel is a good fit for each client. I will bring in tools such as grounding and mindfulness. I have found that when one practices these and implements them as we discuss it can make a difference.
