Each individual will get a different take away from therapy because they very one is unique. I strive to listen, support and empower clients while helping them navigate their individual needs.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
The Humanistic approach of therapy. Humanistic therapy focuses on helping people free themselves from disabling assumptions and attitudes so they can live fuller lives. I believe every individual deserves the same compassion, happiness and opportunities in life regardless of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.
